With over a decade of leadership experience in non-profit, private, and higher education industries, Taylor noticed a gap between the intentions of leaders and the experiences of their teams. Organizations and leaders are dedicated to creating the best work environments for their employees, yet those intentions are not always actualized.
Taylor, a non-binary and queer professional, knows firsthand the difference inclusive cultures make to the workplace experience. As a workplace communication researcher, Hands-On Thinking executive coach, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator Taylor specializes in designing braver cultures for gender and sexually diverse organizations.
