Taylor Ducklow

Taylor Ducklow (they/them) is a community facilitator and trauma-informed coach with over a decade of co-design coaching and facilitation experience with individuals and groups in non-profit, public, and higher education industries. They have produced development plans, strategic workshops, and training programs informed by collective compassion and deconstructing systems of abuse for 22+ organizations based in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Ghana, and Colombia. Additionally, Taylor has provided trauma-informed, LGBTQ+-affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming coaching ranging from holistic healing methodologies to career development. In support of their queer and neurodivergent community, they also facilitate low-cost, low-barrier community-based healing workshops.

Outside of facilitation and coaching, Taylor is a writer and communication researcher. They have a Bachelor of Arts in non-fiction creative writing from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in communication theory from Arizona State University. In 2024, they were awarded the 2SLGBTQIA+ Leadership Graduate Student Award by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences for their work and research as a graduate student. Taylor has certifications in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitation, Hands-On Thinking Coaching, the Critical Response Process, the Storytelling Leader, and Yoga Nidra, along with training in anti-oppressive liberating structures, global advocacy, and transformative justice.
